📋 Instructions for Managing Course and Teacher Evaluation Surveys

1. Go to the section:

• Step 1: Find the "Survey" (So'rovnoma) section in the main menu panel on the left and select the "Course" (Fan) sub-section from the drop-down menu.

2. Creating a new evaluation survey:

• Step 2: Click the "+ Add" (+ Qo'shish) button in the top right corner of the screen. Fill in the following details in the window that opens:
• Survey Name: Enter the title of the evaluation survey.
• Course and Teacher: Specify which course and teacher the survey is being conducted for.
• Questions and Criteria: Attach the evaluation questions or criteria to be assessed by students.
• Duration / Period: Set the start and end dates/times for the survey.
• Save: After configuring all settings, click the "Save" (Saqlash) button.

3. View and analyze existing surveys:

• Step 3: All created course and teacher evaluation surveys will be displayed as a list in the central part of the page.
• (If no evaluation survey has been added to the system yet, the text "Evaluation not found" will appear on the screen).

🔍 Additional information:

• Through the "Student" (Talaba) sub-section of the Survey module, general surveys on other topics can be organized and managed among students.
