Description of Elements and Functions in the "QR Codes" (Final Exam — QR Scores) Window of the "Final Control" Section

1. Filter Panel (Top Section)

Used to sort data according to required criteria:

• SEMESTER: Select the relevant academic period (e.g., 2025-2026 Retake / Re-study).
• EXAM TYPE: Specify the exam format (e.g., Final).
• SUBJECT: Select the subject for which results need to be viewed (All, etc.).

2. QR Scanning and Search Area

• Scan QR code or search student...:
• Field to scan the QR code from the examination sheet using a barcode/QR reader.
• Field to manually search for a student by first name, last name, or ID code.
• Export to Excel: Button to download the scanned or filtered list of final exam QR scores in Excel (.xlsx) format.

3. Data Table Zone (Bottom Section)

• "Information not found" — Indicates that no QR code has been scanned yet or no grades have been entered into the system for the selected parameters. Once a QR code is scanned, the student details, exam paper code, and achieved final score will appear in this area.
